On behalf of the Calgary Exhibition and Stampede – the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth – and the Stampede Parade Committee, I am pleased to welcome Spectators and Entrants to our newly updated website. The wealth of information available here is sure to enhance your experience with us.

The Parade is held every year on the first day of Stampede in July and heralds the start of a ten day festival that celebrates Calgary’s western heritage and values. Over 250,000 spectators line Calgary’s downtown streets together with an international television audience of millions to enjoy marching bands, floats and of course hundreds of cowfolk on horseback.

Any groups wishing to enter the Stampede Parade will now find information regarding our Application Process and be able, for the first time ever, to apply online. It is our goal to provide Spectators with all of the facts, figures and useful bits of information to make your visit with us truly memorable!

We invite you to “Become Legendary” by becoming an entrant in the Calgary Stampede Parade, or to be one of the thousands of spectators enjoying one of the world’s truly great parades.
